Judit Torrea, author of the blog Ciudad Juárez, in the shadow of drug trafficking, with moving words picked up the award for best paper published on the Internet. The photographer José Cendón received the award for best cinematography for his report on Somalia to the world, published in the Magazine of La Vanguardia.
